I-5 Car Care Pre-Paid Maintenance
The I-5 Car Care Pre-Paid Maintenance Program offers convenience and value while helping
you keep your vehicle performing at its best.
I-5 Car Care is available for purchase to help protect you from rising maintenance costs while
keeping your vehicle serviced according to recommended maintenance intervals. You'll also
have confidence knowing your maintenance is performed by skilled technicians.
Convenience
You will receive a pre-paid maintenance package that fits conveniently in your glove
compartment. When you take your vehicle in for scheduled service, simply present your I-5 Car
Care service card to your dealership service representative. Your trained technician already
knows what is covered under your plan, helping make your service visit quick and hassle-free.
Timed Reminders
Approximately 30 days prior to your scheduled service, you may receive a service reminder
based on your individual driving characteristics.
Computerized Service History
At the end of the plan term, you will receive a Computerized Service History of the covered
maintenance performed on your vehicle.
I-5 Car Care is an optional vehicle maintenance agreement available for purchase. Coverage
terms, cancellation provisions, exclusions, and eligibility requirements apply. Additional
coverage options may be available for an additional fee and are not required to obtain credit.

Oil and Filter Change
Multi-Point Inspection, which may include:
Fluids inspected and replenished
- Brake Master Cylinder
- Clutch Master Cylinder
- Transmission
- Differential
- Coolant
- Windshield Washer
- Power Steering
- Transfer Case (applicable vehicles)
Visual Inspection of:
- Air Filter (cabin and engine)
- System Hoses (cracking/leaks)
- Drive Belts (cracking/damage/wear)
- Axle Boots (damage/leaks)
- Shock Absorbers/Suspension
- PCV Valve (if applicable)
- Cooling System
- Exhaust System/Muffler
- Tire Wear
- Tire Pressure Check and Adjustment
- Windshield Wipers
The Multi-Point Inspection of critical vehicle components can help identify potential problems
before they become costly repairs. Early detection may reduce the possibility of part failure and
help keep your vehicle operating properly.
24-Hour Roadside Assistance Included
I-5 Car Care also provides 24-hour Roadside Assistance for the full term of your Agreement.
Coverage includes (parts and fluids excluded):

- Emergency Fuel Delivery
- Towing for Mechanical Breakdown and
- Collision Recovery
Additional long-term maintenance plans available
Several long-term maintenance plans are available for purchase, and, if financed, can be conveniently included in your monthly payment (subject to credit approval).
- 1 Year / 15,000 Miles (whichever comes first)
- 2 Years / 25,000 Miles (whichever comes first)
- 3 Years / 40,000 Miles (whichever comes first)
- 4 Years / 55,000 Miles (whichever comes first)

1 Additional services may be recommended by your servicing dealer. These additional services are not covered by your agreement and are your responsibility.
2 The use of a synthetic-grade engine oil may be indicated for your vehicle. Synthetic oil and filter changes may be required less often. Consult your vehicle's scheduled maintenance guide for factory-recommended oil grade and service intervals.
3 Roadside assistance is provided by and/or through Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., except in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Wisconsin and Wyoming, where services are provided by and/or through Cross Country Motor Club of California, Inc. Lockout Protection does not include the cost of key replacement. Emergency Fuel Delivery includes up to 3 gallons of gasoline at no charge. Towing will be provided to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased/leased or to an alternate dealership if the customer chooses. Maximum towing distance is 400 miles. Customer is responsible for towing cost beyond that distance. Certain restrictions may apply.
4 Not all customers will qualify for credit. I-5 Car Care (also known as Auto Care Classic Plan) is sold by I-5 Cars under the express permission of Toyota Motor Insurance Services, Inc. ("Administrator"), who is the obligor of the program. The Administrator may be reached at 800-332-0712. This brochure is a sample of the terms of the maintenance plan, which are fully described in the Customer Agreement, which will be mailed to you upon approval of your application. The actual time and mileage coverage, exclusions, and limitations of the Agreement issued to a customer may vary by both the vehicle model and according to the plan chosen by the customer. Services or repairs not covered by your plan are your responsibility, even if additional services are recommended by your dealer or revealed by inspections covered by your plan.
